Membership:

Join our membership card program and become members for life. For a minimum one time only fee of RM7.45, and by filling in an application form, members are entitled to 10% discount on regular priced merchandise. Discount applies to book items only.

Book Reservation:

You can either call us to make the book reservation or inform one of our friendly sales staff to make your reservation. Books will be reserved for you for up to 7 days.

Special Book Orders:

Books that are not available in-store can be specially ordered. Please submit to us the details of the book that you require. For some book orders, we may require a deposit.

Book Exchange Policy:

Only applies to instore purchase. Books sold are exchangeable and not returnable. Books for exchange must be in good or re-saleable condition and the exchange must be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, for goods equivalent or higher value. Books that are defective due to manufacturer’s processing shall be exchanged for the same book. Customers must produce original receipt(s) when making the exchange. We do not offer cash refund.
